Claiming Activities
Claiming activities is how you earn credits. After participating in an empire event or activity in Age of Empires Mobile, claim your credits through the bot.
How Claiming Works
When leaders activate an activity, the bot posts an announcement in your empire's #activities channel. Each post has a Claim button you click to earn credits.
Finding Activity Posts
Go to your empire's #activities channel. You'll see activity announcements that include:
- Activity name - What the activity is
- Credit value - How many credits you'll earn
- Claim window - How long you have to claim
- Claim button - Click to claim your credits

Claiming an Activity
Step 1: Find the Activity Post
Go to the #activities channel and find the activity you participated in.
Step 2: Click the Claim Button
Click the Claim button on the activity post.
Step 3: Submit Proof (if required)
Some activities require proof of participation:
- Post your screenshot in the activity's proof thread
- Click Claim Credits on the activity post
- The bot verifies your proof automatically and awards credits
If the bot doesn't find your proof, it will link you to the thread and ask you to try again after posting.
Successful Claim
When your claim succeeds, you'll see:
- Confirmation of the claim
- Credits added to your balance
- Your new total balance
A confirmation message is also posted in the activity thread so leaders can track participation.
Claim Windows
Activities have a limited time window for claiming, typically 2 days after the activity ends.
Once the claim window closes, you cannot claim credits for that activity. Watch the #activities channel regularly!
Why Claim Windows?
Claim windows ensure:
- Credits are claimed while participation is verifiable
- The system stays current and manageable
- Players stay engaged with the system
Multi-Day Activities
Some activities span multiple days (like seasonal events or week-long campaigns). For these, leaders typically use the bonus system to award credits.
If you participated in a multi-day event:
- Your leader will use
/bonusto award credits to participants - Credits appear automatically in your balance
- You don't need to claim manually
What Can Go Wrong?
"Activity Not Found"
- The activity may have expired
- Check if it was posted in the #activities channel
- Ask a leader if you expected it to be available
"Already Claimed"
You can only claim each activity once. Use /credits to verify your past claims.
"Activity Ended"
The claim window has closed and the activity is no longer claimable. The button will be removed from ended activities.
"Not Registered"
You need to register first. Use /register and enter your name in the modal before claiming activities.
"No Submission Found" (proof-required activities)
You need to post your screenshot in the activity thread before clicking Claim Credits.
Claiming Best Practices
Get in the habit of claiming right after you complete an activity in-game. This way you won't forget.
Your empire's #activities channel is where all claimable activities are posted. Check it regularly!
If you know an activity is ending soon, set a reminder to claim before the window closes.
If You Made a Mistake
Claimed the wrong activity? Don't panic:
- Contact a leader - They can review the claim
- Leader uses
/nullify- This reverses the claim and removes credits - Claim the correct one - If still available
Leaders can see claim history and will work with you to fix honest mistakes.
